It is easy to make a cable adapter:

This converts the 6 pin Atmel ISP to a 10 pin Atmel ISP. See Figure 4-1 on page 5 of Atmel's AVR042 Note that pin 3 of the Robostix ISP header is GND, but Atmel's ISP10PIN pin 3 is NC.
